A decade after his decision to kneel during the national anthem sparked widespread controversy, former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick remains dedicated to his athletic routine. Despite not having played in the NFL for ten years, the 38-year-old maintains a rigorous daily training schedule, including strength and position-specific drills. Kaepernick’s professional career ended prematurely following his protests against racial injustice, which led to accusations of disrespecting national symbols. While he acknowledges that the likelihood of returning to professional football is decreasing, he insists that he remains prepared to compete. In a recent interview, he discussed the impact of his civil rights activism and his exclusion from the league, emphasizing that he continues to train as if he were still an active player.
